Vonbrigði með Obama.

Kjör Baracks Obama 2008 fyllti mann svipuðum vonum og kjör John F. Kennedys 1960. Kennedy var drepinn illu heilli áður en kjörtímabili hans lauk og enda þótt sumum finnist henta að segja, að hann hefði farið sömu óheillaleiðina í Vietnam og Johnson fór, eru mun meiri líkur og gögn sem benda til þess að hann hefði jafnvel frekar dregið úr afskiptum af Vietnam ef hann hefði verið kosinn.

En Obama stefnir á að sitja tvö kjörtímabil og á flestum sviðum hefur hann valdið vonbrigðum, þótt hann hafi staðið sig nokkuð vel baráttu sinni fyrir almannatryggingum.

Kjörorð hans frá 2008, "yes, we can!" hefur umbreyst í "no, we can´t!"  

Hann hefur fylgt þannig hernaðarstefnu að veiting Friðarverðlauna Nóbels til hans var hneyksli og skammarleg.

Hann heldur enn í kenningu Bush um að hryðjuverkaógnin hafi komið að mestu frá Afganistan, þótt fyrir liggi að Osama Bin Laden var árum saman í Pakistan og að flestir hryðjuverkamennirnir komu frá Saudi-Arabíu og öðrum löndum en Afganistan.

Obama lét fjárplógsmennina og helstu gerendur í bankakreppunni 2008 sleppa og hefur haldið mörgum sömu haukunum í hernum í fjármálum og voru á snærum Bush til að hafa áhrif á hernaðarumsvif og mannréttindabrot Bandaríkjamanna.

Obama sveik meira að segja loforð sitt um að leggja pyntingafangelsið í Guantanamo niður.

Verst er að Obama virðist ætla að bæta í þá stefnu Bush að gera Bandaríkin og önnur lönd af löndum "Stórabróður" sem er með nefið ofan í öllu. Það er stutt á milli þess að njósnað sé um alla og til þess að innleiða ástand eins og var í Austur-Þýskalandi með sitt STASI.

 Með því að haga sér svona stefnir Obama-stjórnin að því að hjálpa dauðum Osama Bin Laden til þess að ná fram þeim vilja sínum að eyðileggja mannréttindi, frelsi og lýðræði á Vesturlöndum.

Verst af öllu er það, að ekki er í augsýn neinn annar sem orðið gæti skárri forseti, heldur virðist Obama vera illskásti kosturinn eins og er, því miður.

Vissulega var það hrikalegt að Bandaríkjaforseti skuli hafa verið myrtur á sínum tíma. Nú eru að koma í ljós gögn um dauða hans sem virðast sýna fram á ótrúlega mikla flækju baka við það morð.

En það eru líka að koma í ljós að ef til vill naut arfleifð JFK þess að hann náði ekki að fylgja neinu af sínum málum eftir. Ekkert af því sem hann barðist fyrir var komið í gegnum þingið þegar hann féll frá eftir 1000 daga í embætti. Það þurfti harðjaxl á við Lyndon B. Johnson til að koma markmiðum og hugsjónum JFK í gegn um þingið, sem hann gat að nokkru leyti í skjóli þeirrar samúðar sem stefnumál stjórnvalda nutu eftir morðið í Dallas. En Johnson gaf eftir harðlínumönnum í Vietnam, því miður. Ég hef fyrir mér náinn vin Roberts Kennedy sem sagði að það hafi verið eindreginn vilji fyrir því hjá John Kennedy að draga í burt eða hætta við hernaðaraðstoð við Saigon stjórnina að afloknum kosningum 1964. Hvort af því hefði orðið, fáum við aldrei að vita.

Nú þarf Obama að standa við stóru orðin frá 2006. Obama blés von í brjósti á fólki, rétt eins og Kennedy gerði 1960. En hann hefur þurft að glíma við kerfið og það stendur í vegi fyrir hans fyrirætlunum. Nú síðast hrundi heimasíðan sem átti að taka við skráningum í "Obamacare" og ráðherra velferðarmála orðið uppvís að allt að því vanrækslu ofan á allt annað. Hann er alls ekki eins sannfærandi og hann var í upphafi og hefur verið frekar litlaus kerfiskall að margra mati eftir að hann tók við embætti.

Njósnir Ómar eru ekki bara stundaðar af Bandaríkjamönnum. Þær hafa bara verið gerðar opinberar, ekki hinar. Því skulum við fagna, en að bera Bandaríkin (NSA) við Austur-Þýskaland (STASI) er hvorki sanngjarnt né rétt. Njósnir eru allsstaðar stundaðar en Bandaríkjamenn liggja vel við höggi og þess vegna er auðvelt að beina gagnrýni á þá. Við ættum að fagna umræðunni. Hún er tákn sigurs frelsis yfir leynd.

Varðandi friðarverðlaun Nobels, var veiting þeirra til Obama algjörlega í óþökk hans og sýnir betur vandræðagang úthlutunarnefndinni en nokkuð annað.

Ég bar þessa sömu von til Obama, og skildi aldrei af hverju Jónas Kristjánsson var alltaf uppi með þær skoðanir sem nú eru orðnar svo augljósar.

Sú söguskýring komst á flot að þar sem Kennedy væri ekki áhugasamari um stríð og frið en gengur og gerist um venjulegt fólk en þess meira að eltast við hin ýmsu kvennapils. Hefði því samsæri verið sett af stað til að ryðja honum úr vegi. Warren nefndin sem Johnson skipaði og draga ætti öll gögn fram um málið, reyndist afvegaleiða rannsóknina og kom síðar í ljós. Spurning er hvort samsærið hafi ekki gengið út á að auka hernaðarmátt BNA og auka Kaldastríðið eftir því sem unnt væri og bæta ímynd BNA sem hernaðarveldis. Nokkru áður hafði innrás í Svínaflóa á Kúbu mistekist og glíman við Kastró töpuð. Johnson var því þessum aðilum betri en Kennedy sem hafði þess meiri áhuga á fögrum konum en kjarnorkusprengjum.

Obama er strengjabrúða elítunnar.  Á hans embættistíð hafa persónunjósnir margfaldast og er svo komið að ekki er einvörðungu fylgst grannt með Bandarískum þegnum heldur langt út fyrir landamæri BNA.

Obamacare snýst ekki um velferð Bandaríkjamanna, heldur er verið að koma á fullkomnu eftirliti með einstaklingnum, þannig að ríkið getur á augabragði sótt allar þær upplýsingar sem stjórnvöldum dettur í hug um hvern og einn eftir "þörfum".

Obamacare flaug í gegnum þingið þar sem enginn þingmaður nennti að lesa sig í gegn um þær 3200 blaðsíður sem frumvarpið hljóðaði uppá.  Þó reyndu nokkrir repúblikanar að malda í móinn en fengu bágt fyrir.

Það er margt annað í þessum lögum sem kemur á óvart og vil ég benda lesendum á grein hér fyrir neðan sem tekur á mörgum þeim efnum sem "velferðarkerfið" á að annast.

Michael Connelly, fyrrum lögmaður er var sérhæfður í stjórnarskrár tengdum málum, las sig í gegnum þessar 3200 blaðsíðu lög og var ekki skemmt.

Say No To The Healthcare Bill

The Truth About the Health Care Bills - Michael Connelly, Ret. Constitutional Attorney

Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.

To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.

The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business, and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats, and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by the government.

However, as scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.

The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people, and the businesses they own.

The irony is that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with! I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.

This legislation also provides for access, by the appointees of the Obama administration, in direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution, of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.

If you decide not to have healthcare insurance, or if you have private insurance that is not deemed acceptable to the Health Choices Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a tax instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However , that doesn’t work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the due process of law.

So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much, out the original ten in the Bill of Rights, that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn’t stop there though.

The 9th Amendment that provides: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;

The 10th Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.

I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea.

This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to “be bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution.” If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it, without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway, I would hope the American people would hold me accountable.

For those who might doubt the nature of this threat, I suggest they consult the source, the US Constitution, and Bill of Rights. There you can see exactly what we are about to have taken from us.

Sæll Haukur og þakka þér fyrir þín viðbrögð.  Að sjálfsögðu mátt þú hafa þínar skoðanir á málinu, en talið er að um 40% lækna ætli snemma á eftirlaun til þess að þurfa ekki að vinna undir þessu nýja kerfi.

Obamacare er mjög svo umdeild í BNA, til að mynda eru læknar í New York mjög svo ósáttir og þó víðar væri leitað þarna fyrir vestan.

Þú mátt hafa þitt álit á bullinu í mér Haukur, en við skulum sjá hvað þetta nýja kerfi þeirra mun leiða af sér.

Doctors don’t know what they’re going to get paid.” Three out of four doctors who are participating in the program said they “had to participate” because of existing contractual obligations with an insurer or medical provider, not because they wanted to. Only one in four “affirmatively” chose to sign up for the exchanges. Sonur minn sem er núna læknir í Grikklandi var starfandi læknir í US í 11 ár.

Síðustu 4 árin í NYU Medical Center, í einni af virtustu læknastofnunum í US. Hann var og er stuðingsmaður Obamacare og fullyrðir að það sér rangt að "læknar í New York séu mjög svo ósáttir og þó víðar væri leitað þarna fyrir vestan".

Franska heimildamynd sá ég um að Robert bróðir Johns Kennidy hafi sem dómsmálaráðherra krukkað í mafíuna og vopnaframleiðendur. Sem þá gripu til þessa hryllilega morðs. Einnig að Johnson hafi tengst vopnaframleiðendum. Augljóst er af myndum áhugakvikmyndafólks sem komu fram eftir morðið, að Oswald var ekki hinn eini seki, líklega hitti hann ekki neitt með eldgömlum herriffli.  Hann gat amk. ekki skotið úr mögum áttum samtímis. Yfirvöld birtu hins vegar mynd af smá kúlugati á höfði hans. Enda var leynd sem átti að aflétta eftir 50 ár, sem sagt á þessu ári, framlengd. Þarf að spyrja af hverju?

Bandarískur vinur minn sagði við mig rétt áður en Obama tók við embætti; "he won't do anything ... he's already bought and sold."  Orðin þótti mér undarleg á sínum tíma en hafa öðlast smám saman merkingu.

NYPost ist ein "Tabloid" wie der Blick. Statistik in dem Blatt wurde ich mit vorsicht geniessen. Natuerlich werden die Grossverdiener unter den Aerzten weniger Geld machen.
Natuerlich gibt es viele "Republikaner" unter den Aerzten und die werden sich neg aeussern wenimmer die koennen.
Aber die Aerzte die mit der Grundversorgung, der Notfallmedizin, der Krebsmedizin sich beschaeftigen werden ein ganz anderes Urteil geben, bin ich ueberzeugt."
